Announcement:  Fein, Such Named Freddie Mac Designated Counsel in New York

Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., through its New York law firm, Fein, Such & Crane, L.L.P., is excited and pleased to announce that it was selected by Freddie Mac as a New York Designated Counsel for the prosecution of foreclosure and related litigation.   We are the only firm nation-wide to be appointed as foreclosure Designated Counsel in more then one state.

Having been one of the first appointees when the Freddie Mac Designated Counsel Program, Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. is one of the longest serving Designated Counsels in the nation.  In September, 1994 we were selected out of a group of over 60 law firms vying to be 1 of only 7 firms designated to represent Freddie Mac in foreclosure and related proceedings in the State of New Jersey.  Since that time, the number of Designated Counsel firms in New Jersey has been pared down to only 3 firms - Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. is proud to continue to be 1 of those 3. 

By leading in timeframes in New Jersey; we have earned recognition by Freddie Mac in its continuing process of upgrading its attorney network and retaining the most competent foreclosure attorneys in high-volume states.  The New York appointment as Designated Counsel is the culmination of that effort. 

We thank Freddie Mac for the trust they have put in us. We look forward to providing the same quality service in New York for them as we have in New Jersey.
