Mr. Yablonsky specializes in transactions in the area of business planning, tax, trusts and estates and real estate with a focus on closely held businesses. He has experience handling commercial loan closings, private real estate closings and consumer transactions on behalf of business entities, private individuals and lending institutions.

Mr. Yablonsky is a member of the New York Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
