As a member of the Creditor's Rights Department, Mr. Giambalvo focuses his practice on the representation of corporate clients in post foreclosure sale evictions and other landlord-tenant matters.  Prior to joining Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., Mr. Giambalvo was associated with a New York firm, where he handled foreclosure matters.
