Mr. Koos focuses in the area of civil litigation, business litigation, business and corporate law, estate administration and municipal court matters.  Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable F. Patrick McManimon, in Mercer County Superior Court, specializing in pretrial mediation.

Mr. Koos is a member of the American Bar Association and the Sons of the American Legion Post 129.
