Ms. Miller concentrates her practice in the areas of Creditors' Rights, residential foreclosures, meditations, and real estate transactions.  Before joining Fein, Such, Kahn, & Shepard, P.C., Ms. Miller was associated with a New Jersey firm concentrating in residential/commercial real estate and foreclosure matters.  Ms. Miller also worked as in-house counsel to a title agency handling New York and New Jersey title claims and closings.  Ms. Miller clerked for the Honorable Patrick J. Roma, JSC in the Criminal Division Bergen Vicinage.
