Associate - Relin, Goldstein & Crane, LLP

Mr. Shur is an associate at Relin, Goldstein & Crane, LLP which services Upstate New York clients through Fein, Such & Crane, LLP.  He spends a majority of his time litigating commercial and retail collection matters including foreclosures in various New York State Courts and adversary proceedings in Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Shur began his legal career in 1989 as a prosecutor at the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.  He left the Major Felony Bureau of the District Attorney's Office in 1998 to join  Relin, Goldstein & Crane, LLP.  During his tenure at the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Shur secured more then 60 violent felony convictions after trial.

Mr. Shur is a member of the Litigation Section of the Monroe County Bar Association as well as the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.  He also sits on the Executive Council of the Young Members Section of the Commercial Law League of America.
