Partner - Relin, Goldstein & Crane, LLP

Mr. Broyles is a partner of Relin, Goldstein & Crane, LLP and the Supervising Attorney of the New York Bankruptcy practice of Fein, Such & Crane, LLP.  The majority of his time is spent handling Creditors' Rights issues in foreclosure and commercial litigation in the numerous bankruptcy courts throughout New York State.  Mr. Broyles also represents clients in transactional matters involving the formation, expansion, reorganization and dissolution or closely held corporations.

Mr. Broyles began his legal career in 1986 as an associate in the New Orleans law firm of Phelps, Dunbar where he specialized in aviation product liability defense matters.  He then joined Rochester firm of Woods, Oviatt, Gilman until his association with  Relin, Goldstein & Crane, LLP in 1994.  Mr. Broyles became a partner of Relin, Goldstein & Crane, LLP in 1999.

Mr. Broyles is past chairman of the Bankruptcy Court Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association, and is a member of the Monroe County, New York State and Louisiana State Bar Associations.  Mr. Broyles also holds the rank of Lt. Col. in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
