Ms. Christie is the Supervising Attorney for both the New York Creditor Rights Department and the New York and New Jersey Evictions Departments.  Ms. Christie received her Bachelors Degree from New York University and her Juris Doctorate from St. John's School of Law.  At St. John's School of Law, Ms. Christie was an active participant in the Elder Law clinic which provided senior-citizens with pro-bono legal assistance in the areas such as Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and debtor-creditor issues. 

Ms. Christie has interned with New York Supreme Court Justice Gloria Dabari where she assisted Judge Dabari in legal research.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Christie has an extensive background in secondary source lending and has had positions with Associated Financial Services, Inc. and ITT Financial Services where she focused on closings, bankruptcies, and loan approvals. 

Prior to joining Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., Ms. Christie was the Managing Attorney at McCabe, Weisberg, & Conway and practiced in the areas of Creditor Rights, Bankruptcy, and REO departments.  At Konner, Teitelbaum & Gallagher, Ms. Christie focused on tax lien Foreclosures and Closings. 

She is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.  She is a member of the New York Bar Association.  She is admitted to practice before the Federal Court for the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of New York.
