Mr. Femano has focused his practice in the area of Creditor's Rights in the State of New York since his admission to the Bar in 1998.

Mr. Femano has represented lenders in all aspects of contested and non-contested foreclosure actions, bankruptcy motion practice and related real estate litigation.  Mr. Femano also has specialized experience conducting cooperative apartment security interest enforcement actions under the Uniform Commercial Code.
