Mr. Darby handles all aspects of litigation and trial work concerning complex commercial claims for the firm's clients.  He spearheads the efforts we take on all matters handled in Law Division (over $15,000.00 balances), and utilizes his expertise in a broad array of industries to effectively work through the larger balance files.

Before joining Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, Mr. Darby was General Counsel of a healthcare/housing/real estate development corporation based in Philadelphia, where in addition to his advisory role, he was directly responsible for all commercial litigation.

Prior to his General Counsel position, Mr. Darby was a sole practitioner whose practice was concentrated in collections and commercial litigation.  His clients included one of the casinos in New Jersey, several banks, and a multi-national pharmaceutical corporation.
