Mr. Levine has worked for the firm since 2004 and joined as an attorney in 2006.  He focuses in the areas of commercial and retail collections and civil litigation.  He has represented creditors in both the state and federal courts of New Jersey and regularly appears in various courts throughout the state.  He oversees the compliance of the department, and works to insure that the staff is educated as to all the aspects of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.  Mr. Levine is a member of the New Jersey Creditors Bar Association.
