Mr. Sears has concentrated in foreclosure and real estate related matters since his admission to the bar in 1999.  He handles all aspects of contested foreclosures and represents the interests of secondary mortgage holders and those entities permitted by statute to foreclosure in a non-judicial manner.   Mr. Sears is experienced in resolving complex title issues and the representation of property owners in the eviction of occupants from property acquired at sheriff's sale.
