For over 20 years Mr. McCabe has concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial and retail collections, landlord tenant law, commercial and civil litigation as well as criminal defense and municipal court matters.  He was Law Clerk to the Hon. Paul Bangiola, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, from 1985 to1986.

Mr. McCabe is a member of the Bar of Creditors' Rights of the State of New Jersey and the Commercial Law League of America.
