Mr. Kincaid focuses his practice in the areas of matrimonial law, family law, municipal law and appellate practice. Due to his experience in family law matters, he has been appointed as Guardian Ad Litem to represent the interests of minors and incompetents by several Superior Court Judges. He also serves as a member of the Morris County Early Settlement Panel for family law cases.
Mr. Kincaid is active in various civic activities including serving as a Councilman of the Mt. Arlington New Jersey Borough Council (1998 to 2005), as track coach for Roxbury Township Recreation, and serves as a Firefighter on both the Mt. Arlington New Jersey and Roxbury New Jersey Volunteer Firefighter Departments. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Morris County New Jersey Bar Association, and the Monroe County Pennsylvania Bar Association.
