Mr. Charipper focuses his practice in the area of personal injury, commercial litigation and subrogation litigation.  He represents the firm’s clients in litigation matters, hearings, arbitrations, and trial.  While in law school, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta  and Golden Key legal societies.  Following graduation, Mr. Charipper was Law Secretary to the Honorable B. Thomas Leahy, Superior Court. 

Mr. Charipper has served as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Borough of Fair Lawn in Bergen County.  He is a member of the Morris Country Bar, the New Jersey Bar, the American bar Association, as well as the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
