Mr. Reuter holds the position of "of Counsel" in the Business Law Department and Litigation Department. For over twenty five years he has been providing owners and senior executives of emerging and growing businesses, comprehensive and common sense solutions to a wide range of legal and business issues.

Mr. Reuter’s practice focuses on commercial real estate leasing matters, creation, merger, buy outs and dissolutions of business entities, as well as a wide range of transactional agreements, employment and regulatory compliance issues that are faced daily by his business clients.

Prior to joining the law firm in 2004; Mr. Reuter's career included his position as General Counsel for a Commercial Real Estate Technology Company.
