Mr. Serra is the Creditor's Rights Attorney Manager for the states of New Jersey and New York. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Bankruptcy and Foreclosure. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with Stern, Lavinthal et. al in the Bankruptcy Department and he handled Real Estate Matters for Select Title Agency. He was also involved in a published opinion by the Hon. Raymond T. Lyons in which he represented a secured creditor.
Mr. Serra is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a frequent lecturer on Bankruptcy including a lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJ ICLE) program for newly admitted attorneys.
