Mr. Such is the Managing Shareholder of the Creditors' Rights Department, and head of the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy practice groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of mortgage foreclosures, secured creditor bankruptcy litigation, eviction and sale of institutionally owned real estate, as well as general equity banking and real estate litigation.

Through Mr. Such's efforts, Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard has become a nationally recognized leader in professional service and timeframe control for judicial state foreclosure practice. Mr. Such is a Freddie Mac Designated Counsel for both the State of New Jersey and the State of New York, and a Fannie Mae Retained Counsel for both states as well. The Firm has the distinction of being the only law firm with designations in those two States. In addition, he is one of the few attorneys in New Jersey to be selected by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") as a Non-Judicial Foreclosure Commissioner, which gives him the power to conduct non-judicial foreclosures of certain government loans.
