Real Estate Litigation

Real Estate Litigation Practice Area

We have had many recent successes in the settling real estate lien and title issues, as well as real estate tax appeals.  Due to our active foreclosure practice, we spend a substantial part of our practice involved in the real estate issues.  We have developed a specialty in landlord-tenant law to assist our institutional and business clients in obtaining unfettered rights to sell or develop their property.  We are particularly well positioned to assist our clients with real estate concerns involving title or lien disputes, as well as commercial and residential foreclosure.

If you are involved in a real estate litigation matter, please contact James E. Shepard, Managing Shareholder of our Litigation Department.  You may also wish to visit our Library where we have collected articles, FAQ's and links dealing with issues specific to real estate litigation.
