Family
Law is a specialized area of practice revolving around the family unit. It
includes not only bringing families together by drafting prenuptial agreements
and helping families through the adoption process, but also advocating a clients
rights in the event of divorce, custody disputes, domestic violence, and the enforcement
of post-settlement orders.
We recognize that the needs of clients in the
family law area come at a time of high stress and emotion. We are sensitive
to the upheaval that comes with changing the dynamic of the family. We
understand the many fears associated with divorce about a client's financial
future and family stability. We are cognizant of the disappointment
when the other party is not living up to the terms of the settlement. We
