Nicholas A. Giuditta, III, concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. He is an experienced Wills and Estates lawyer who has helped clients create sensible estate plans including Last Wills and Testaments, Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives. Mr. Giuditta regularly guides executors through the complexities of settling estates and preparing Inheritance and Estate Tax Returns.
Mr. Giuditta is also active in the community providing seminars on the importance of estate planning to groups throughout northern and central New Jersey. In his professional capacity, he serves as a Trustee to the Union County Bar Association, a panelist on the Union County Fee Arbitration Panel, and co-chairs the Trusts, Estates and Elder Law Committee of the Union County Bar Association. Mr. Giuditta has lectured at the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the National Business Institute.
Mr. Giuditta also has been appointed by Superior Court Judges to serve as Administrator of complicated estates and to represent persons over whom guardianships are sought to ensure they receive the proper legal representation.
He is active in various civic activities including having served as Township Commissioner and Deputy Mayor in Cranford (1998-2000).
