Brian Kincaid focuses his practice in the areas of Divorce law, Family Law, Child Custody, Municipal Court Law and Personal Injury Practice. He is a Certified Divorce Mediator and has been appointed as Guardian Ad Litem to represent the interest of minors and incompetents by several Superior Court Judges. He also serves as a member of the Morris County Early Settlement Panel for Divorce cases. Mr. Kincaid frequently represents individuals in the family courts of the State of New Jersey in firearm return hearings.
Mr. Kincaid represents clients as to motor vehicle offenses, including DWI/DUI state-wide in the Municipal Courts of the State of New Jersey as well as the District Courts and the Court of Common Pleas in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kincaid has significant experience in successfully appealing DWI/DUI convictions.
Mr. Kincaid has been designated by the New Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, an honor bestowed on less than 3 percent of all New Jersey attorneys, by the New Jersey Supreme Court. As a Certified Civil Trial Attorney Brian Kincaid is fluent in all aspects of representing those injured in accidents. Also, as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney he represents injury victims of auto accidents, slip and falls, and dog bite injuries in the courts of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Kincaid is active in various civic activities including serving as a Councilman of the Mt. Arlington, New Jersey Borough Council (1998 to 2005), as track coach for Roxbury Township Recreation, and serves as a Firefighter on both the Mt. Arlington, New Jersey and Roxbury, New Jersey Volunteer Firefighter Departments. Parlaying his experience as a firefighter, Mr. Kincaid represents firefighters in administrative law and disciplinary hearings. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Morris County New Jersey Bar Association, and the Monroe County Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Mr. Kincaid believes in giving back to the community by using his legal skills at Pro Bono Representation of Crime Victims in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
