Practice Description:


Mr. DiMaiolo concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, Creditors' Rights, commercial and residential foreclosure, collection and bankruptcy. Before joining Fein, Such, Kahn and Shepard, Mr. DiMaiolo was associated with the firm of Shapiro and Kriesman and assistant in-house counsel to UJB Financial Corporation. While a student at New England School of Law, Mr. DiMaiolo was the recipient of the New England School of Law Student Service Award and the Co-Chair of the Law Day Committee.

Mr. DiMaiolo has lectured to clients, attorneys and court personnel on various foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. He was invited to be a speaker of the 2000 and 2001 New Jersey Judiciary Conferences.  He is a member of the New Jersey Chancery Judges' Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on Mortgage Foreclosures. In addition, Mr. DiMaiolo belongs to the New Jersey State Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section and was a member of the inaugural Bankruptcy Inn of Court in 1993-1994.
