Mr. Loeb represents businesses and individuals in all personal and
business planning needs. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Loeb was a law
clerk to the honorable Vito L, Bianco, J.T.C.
Mr. Loeb has been
named Special Tax Appeals Counsel to the Town of Morristown, New
Jersey in 2007 and 2008. He is also currently pursuing his LL.M in Taxation from New York
