Practice Description: 

Ms. Seffer represents a nationwide base of clients in foreclosure and bankruptcy litigation.  She has made frequent appearances in both Chancery courts and Bankruptcy courts advocating her client's rights.  She has written and lectured extensively in her areas of specialization, including updating Law of Mortgages, issued by West Publishing.  She has been a Special Master of the Bankruptcy Inns of Court, where she instructed recent graduates about practice before the Bankruptcy Bench.  At the invitation of the Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey, Ms. Seffer has served as a panelist at the Annual Bankruptcy Bench and Bar Conference.

Prior to joining Fein, Such, Kahn and Shepard, Ms. Seffer was as a partner at the firm of Zucker, Goldberg & Ackerman, located in Mountainside, New Jersey.  She is a member of the American Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association.
