Practice Description:
Mr. Kahn is a Managing Shareholder of our Creditors' Rights department, and
Supervising Shareholder of our Collection Practice Area, where
he focuses a majority of his time. Outside of our collections practice, Mr. Kahn
actively practices in the areas of commercial law, litigation, and real estate.
Mr. Kahn began his career as a Deputy Attorney General
for the State of New Jersey in the Division of Criminal Justice, from 1973 to 1974. He also served as attorney to the Town of Morristown from
1978 to 1981.
Mr. Kahn is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Morris
County Bar Association, as well as the Commercial Law League of America, the
National Associate of Retail Collection Attorneys, and the Commercial Collection
Association. He is also counsel to the New Jersey Court Officers
Association.
