Practice Description:
Ms. Greenberg is the Supervising Shareholder of our Bankruptcy Practice Area, where
she oversees the handling and management of the New Jersey portfolio, as well as
the New York portfolio through Fein,
Such & Crane, LLP. She is also the Supervising Shareholder of our New
Jersey Foreclosure Practice Area. Under her leadership, the firm effectively and efficiently advocates for the
rights of creditors.
Ms. Greenberg frequently lectures on
topics in her practice area to attorneys, clients and court personnel. She
has authored many articles, including the firm's propriety publications of
"Hot Topics and Current Issues in New Jersey Bankruptcy Practice" and
"Death of a Mortgagor". These publications are offered to our
clients to educate their staff on bankruptcy and foreclosure practice.
Prior to joining Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, Ms.
Greenberg represented debtors as an associate at the Law Office of Nicholas
Fitzgerald.
Ms. Greenberg was a Barrister of the Bankruptcy Inn of Court from 1996 to
1997. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association
and the New York State Bar Association.
