Practice Description:
Mr. Crane is a partner of Relin, Goldstein & Crane,
LLP and the Managing Attorney of the New York Foreclosure practice of Fein,
Such & Crane, LLP, as well as the related areas of REO and
Evictions. Mr. Crane's background includes significant experience in litigation
and real estate, which is applied to the vigorous prosecution of mortgage foreclosure
proceedings throughout New York State.
Mr. Crane began practicing law as a staff attorney of
the Legal Aid Society of Rochester in 1981. After becoming associated with
the law firm of Relin & Goldstein in 1983, he began to concentrate his
practice in the areas of Creditors' Rights and commercial litigation. In
1989, Mr. Crane established the foreclosure department of Relin, Goldstein & Crane,
LLP, which he continues to manage.
Mr. Crane is a member of the Monroe County Bar
Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Mortgage Banker Association
, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. He often
lectures on foreclosure and related topics.
