Practice Description:
For over 20 years, Mr. Tabakin has handled all phases of complex litigation
in state and federal courts, from discovery through trial, as well as appeals.
Due to his years of experience he has been Certified as a Civil Trial
Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
He concentrates his
practice in the fields of commercial litigation, bank and real estate related litigation,
construction law, securities law and employment law, as well as will contests and
fiduciary litigation. He has extensive experience in both trials and
arbitrations.
While attending law school, Mr. Tabakin was a member
of Phi Alpha Delta legal society. Following graduation, Mr. Tabakin was Law Secretary to the
Honorable George P. Helfrich, Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey. He is a
member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bar of Creditors' Rights in the State of New Jersey.
