Practice Description:
Mr. Charipper focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury,
commercial litigation and foreclosure litigation. He represents the firm's
clients in pre-litigation matters, hearings, arbitrations and trials.
While in law school he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta and Golden Key legal
societies. Following graduation Mr. Charipper was Law Secretary to the Honorable B. Thomas Leahy,
Superior Court.
Mr. Charipper has been appointed as a member of the Zoning Board of
Adjustment for the Borough of Fair Lawn in Bergen County. His term will
run from 2002 until 2006. He is also a member of the Morris County, New Jersey State and American
Bar Associations.
