Practice Description:
Mr. Darby represents
an array of vendors and creditors in the collection of payment of invoices
and/or credit facilities.
Before joining Fein,
Such, Kahn & Shepard, Mr. Darby was General Counsel of a healthcare/housing/real
estate development corporation based in Philadelphia, where in addition to his
advisory role, he was directly responsible for all commercial litigation.
Prior to his General
Counsel position, Mr. Darby was a sole practitioner whose practice was
concentrated in collections and commercial litigation. His clients
included one of the casinos in New Jersey, several banks, and a multi-national
pharmaceutical corporation.
