Practice Description:
Mr. Such is the Managing Shareholder of the Creditors' Rights Department,
and head of the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy practice groups. He concentrates his
practice in the areas of mortgage foreclosures, secured creditor bankruptcy litigation, eviction and
sale of institutionally owned real estate, as well as general equity banking and real estate
litigation.
Through Mr. Such's efforts, Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard has become a
nationally recognized leader in timeframe control for judicial state foreclosure
practice. Mr. Such is a Freddie Mac Designated Counsel for both the State of New
Jersey and the State of New York, and a Fannie Mae Retained Counsel for both
states as well. The Firm has the distinction of being the
only law firm in the country with a designation in more than one State. In addition, he is one of the few attorneys in New Jersey to be
selected by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development
("HUD") as a Non-Judicial Foreclosure Commissioner, which gives him
the power to conduct non-judicial foreclosures of certain government loans.
Mr.
Such is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and co-founder of the
Mortgage Foreclosure Sub-Committee of the Real Estate and Probate Section. He is
a frequent lecturer and writes articles in areas related to Creditors' Rights.
