• Announcement - Attached is a decision argued by our very own David Case that stands for the proposition that, at least in St. Lawrence County, New York, an assignment can be dated after the commencement of the action, and relate back to an earlier date. It holds that unless the defendant offers proof in rebuttal, the plaintiff has standing to bring the foreclosure action. Click Here to read the decision.
